The 2025 Quad State Cheese Fest is Sep. 13th in Boonsboro, MD. Explore the multitudes of area cheeses and cheese creations like Mac N Cheese, Grilled Cheeses, Cheese Pairings, & more!
APPLICATION to be a vendor at the 2025 Quad State Cheese Fest is free, however:
IF APPROVED, THE FOLLOWING VENDOR REGISTRATION FEES WILL APPLY:
FOOD VENDOR - $350 (18'x24')*ALL FOOD VENDOR SPACES ARE NOW FULL! NO MORE APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
REGULAR VENDOR - $150 (12'x12')
EXTRAS: Power $30 (at checkout).
If you need double space, order two spots upon checkout. Checkout takes place on the Registration page, not this Application page.
*Vendors who apply will receive a confirmation email that their application was received. Vendors who are APPROVED will receive an INVITATION to Register, and payment will be collected at that time. If registration is not made within 7 days, you'll risk losing your approval.
All spaces are outside, most under pavilions (not food vendors).
While there are NO REFUNDS, in the event of serious emergency or weather event, we will consider transferring vendor fee to another event.
