Spring Qigong Protocol
The sprouting energy of spring is very different from the stillness of winter. We feel the seasonal changes in our bodies and our Qigong practice varies seasonally to support the body’s natural healing abilities.
Workshop description
Learn specific Qigong movements and breathing exercises related to spring during this 1-hour workshop. The movements are designed to gently tone muscles with a focus on flexibility, small muscles, ligaments, and tendons.
Qigong also aims at increasing, cultivating, and balancing the flow of energy in the body. In the spring we focus on the liver and gallbladder meridians.
The movements are gentle on the body and joints, can be done at different levels, and are therefore well suited for people with a wide range of physical abilities.
No prior experience needed. Well suited for beginners.
