Overview

QiGong (Chee-Gong) is the Movement of Energy ! It uses movement, breath, mindfulness,& meditation to help achieve balanced energy & peace.

I was first introduced to QiGong during my 300 hour yoga teacher training in 2018. It has served as a beautiful and grounding practice for me over the course of the last three years as I rehab a physical injury. The movements help me stay connected to my whole being: body, mind and spirit. I am honored to share it with you.

The movements are gentle, slow-flowing, accessible, and powered by your intention, focus and openness. All are welcome.
