In this weekly meditation circle, you will be guided through inner Qigong "energy work" also known as Neigong. The meditative practices focus on cultivating inner Qi for health and wellbeing using awareness, breathwork, intention and visualizations in a state of stillness.

This class will begin with gentle Qigong movements to clear and prepare the body for sitting or standing meditation. Then we will move into a 20 minute guided meditation using inner awareness practices.

Reenergize and support happy organs.

Stabilize the breath.

Release blockages and tensions in the body and the mind.

Allow your natural brilliance to be experienced in the present moment.

Drop into the inner healing state of effortless flowing Qi.

Experience a Qi state of wellbeing with feelings of ease, health, relaxation, love and joy!


What happens in class? You will be guided through a series of targeted gentle movements preparing the body for meditation by awakening, releasing tension and blocked Qi in the spine, energy centers and meridians. Once the body is activated, we will then move into a guided meditation using inner awareness, visualizations, breathwork and intention (Yi Mind). There will be time at the end for optional questions and shares.

Most meditation classes will be taught by Kimberly while sitting, but movements and meditation are modifiable to laying down or a standing posture whichever is most comfortable for you. For sitting meditation, you can use a chair, meditation cushion, bedside or couch. No other equipment needed. These classes do not require memorization of movements or prior meditation or Qigong experience.

Meditations will vary from class to class and are recorded.


Bright Spirit Qigong classes follow the YOQI® Method of the Six Phases of Qi Flow (attune, purge, tonify, grow, circulate and integrate) within the framework of the Five Elements Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). This balancing and harmonizing practice aligns your Qi energy with the unlimited energy of the seasons, the Earth, and the Cosmos.

Unable to attend LIVE? Classes are recorded and the replay link will be emailed to ticket holders within 24 hours of the class regardless of LIVE attendance. Great to practice the flows at your own convenience!


Best practices: Space - Outdoors in good weather or indoors by a natural light source (window) with enough room to move your arms. Clothing - Loose clothing appropriate for the season. Foot ware - Barefoot or comfortable thin-soled shoes on a flat surface (floor, grass, yoga mat, carpet, etc.).

Kimberly is a YOQI® Certified Qigong Flow Instructor. She has been practicing YOQI® Qigong Flow since 2018 and became an Associate Instructor in 2022 in Thailand and a Certified Instructor January 2025. She discovered Qigong when looking for an energetic grounding and meditative practice that was gentle on her physical limitations and promoted a sense of deeper connection with life. She loves facilitating this incredible ancient wellbeing practice with others having been teaching online and in person classes and workshops since 2022!
