Join us for an 8-class Qigong in the Park series starting August 26!

WHEN: Tuesdays, August 26 to October 14 | 5:00 to 6:00 p.m.

WHAT: Developed as a healing art, qigong is a gentle movement practice that strengthens your vital energy (qi). Similar to tai chi, it is usually practiced slowly while standing, but because it does not involve a specific sequence of movements it tends to be simpler to learn. No equipment or experience needed. Simply dress in comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing.

WHERE: Rose Larisa Memorial Park (formerly Crescent Park)

701 Bullocks Point Ave, Riverside, RI

Parking is available. Take a left from the parking lot and walk past the picnic tables to find us.

WHO: This series will be led by Michelle Morisi, DACM, a practitioner of Chinese medicine and certified qigong instructor. Learn more about Michelle at acupuncturebymichelle.com.

REGISTRATION: Registration in advance is required as the number of participants is limited. Please learn more and register here.

There is currently a series underway on Wednesdays from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. if you’d like to sample a class! Just give me a heads up at acupuncturebymichelle@gmail.com.
