Qigong—an ancient practice from Traditional Chinese Medicine—is gaining popularity nationwide, with over 14 million Americans now practicing mind-body therapies for stress relief, pain management, and vitality. Locally in Fredericksburg, classes that combine restorative movement, breath, and energy work consistently draw strong attendance. This workshop brings that same accessible, transformative experience to Heal Me Yoga Studio.
Open to everyone—public, Heal Me Yoga students, and wellness practitioners of all kinds: Yoga Teachers, Pilates Instructors, Bodyworkers, Personal Trainers, Massage Therapists, and Energy Healers.
For Yoga Teachers: Eligible for 3 CEUs.
In this workshop, you will:
- Discover the core principles of Qigong and how it complements all wellness practices
- Learn self-care strategies to sustain your body and protect your energy
- Integrate Qigong into your daily wellness routine
- Gain two complete Qigong routines to share with clients, students, or in classes
