Qi gong is an ancient Chinese practice that combines gentle movements, deep breathing, and focused meditation to cultivate and balance "qi," or vital energy, within the body. It is a mind-body exercise rooted in traditional Chinese medicine that aims to promote overall health, balance, and a connection between the mind, body, and spirit.
Anna Moser-Gallego is a 200 hour certified Yoga teacher, Reiki Teacher, Qi Gong practitioner, and Stretch Coach. Anna is a founding member of YogaSix Ashburn and practices yoga daily.
