Strengthening the School–Home–Provider Ecosystem

This session explores how schools, parents, therapists, medical providers, and community services can work together to create a unified support system for students with disabilities. The goal is to identify what a strong ecosystem looks like, what’s currently missing, and how schools can collaborate more effectively with families and external providers.
