About this event
- Event lasts 4 hours
HEARTLESS CIRCLE NEXT TO A BEAUTIFUL BROOK: A heartless circle is a simple intentional space that deepens community and connection by creating space for your Bitchy Queen self to get out all your snide comments, complaints, & shade, while others listen without (too much) judgment and listening with an open heart & commitment to confidentiality. Weather permitting this heartless circle & potluck will happen outside next to the beautiful, babbling Yokum Brook. The brook & our intention will transform our negative energy into something creative & generative. For those who are new to heartless circles, we’ll begin with a brief introduction to the practice. No need to prepare or have any experience, just bring your bitchy queen self or at least an openness to explort that part of yourself in some way.. The circle will help hold all the parts of you.
HOST: This potluck brunch & heart circle is hosted by the amazing Daniel Osman, the storied owner & founder of the Dream Away Lodge, which was a center of queer music, dance, theater, & pride gatherings/parties for more than 25 years. Daniel also is a noted actor, flower designer, event producer, story teller, and holder of Berkshire queer history.
BE INSPIRED BY SUMMER ABUNDANCE: We encourage you to make a dish that includes ingredients from your nearest Farmer's Market -- so we can enjoy the abundance of summer AND support our local farmers. If you're not a cook, then just bring an entree, salad, &/or summer beverage from your favorite deli, grocery deli, farmer's market, or co-op. Please be mindful to bring something you think is delicious and that you believe others will enjoy. Let us share delicious, creative abundance.
DIRECTIONS: Look for the house right next to Mark A Levernoch Plumbing & Heating. park anywhere safely off the main highway.

If you are low-income, feel free to donate as little as you can afford or request a scholarship.
ALCOHOL POLICY: All potlucks are open to men 18 & older, and if anyone under 21 attends, we will card everyone who wants to drink alcohol and obviously not serve alchohol to anyone under 21, and we remind everyone it is a crime to give alcohol to someone younger than 21 and for someone under 21 to use alcohol. Men under 18 are not permitted at any Q-MoB event unless they have parental consent and this consent has been verified by Q-MoB.
