  • Learn the power of Python with six hands-on, engaging security and cryptography demos! This talk will dive into examples of malicious code, blockchain cryptography, and software vulnerabilities using Python and CircuitPython.
  • You'll learn how this powerful language can be used to scan for valuable data, execute cryptographic operations on hardware, visualize blockchain concepts, and demonstrate common software vulnerabilities.
  • All of these examples are standalone, free, open-source, and great for extending and tinkering.
  • All you need for this class is an open mind, but a laptop may be useful so you can start exploring these concepts yourself.

    What To Bring:
  • No supplies required, but a laptop for tinkering is encouraged!
  • The demos do include some code that runs on hardware but we won't be building that specifically in the class.
