The content in this module will describe strategies for developing responsive relationships with the children in your classroom. We will also discuss how to promote relationships between children.

Training Objectives:

1 .Participants will understand the importance of relationships and their impacts in the classroom.

2 .Participants will reflect on their practices in the classroom around building relationships with the children in their care.

3 . Participants will implement strategies and practices to promote positive behaviors and prevent challenging behaviors.

Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three question quiz or test at the end of each training.
