- Why interactive map is better than infographic

- How to create practical & interactive .html maps in Python or R

- Which libraries are necessary

- What are the key issues

- how to integrate polygons of districts, how to color your map, etc...

- What kind of data does we use

- and what are the typical use cases we covered by interactive maps
