This is a PWYC class--20% of the donations collected will go towards a donation to Chamber of Mothers (a parents advocacy group working on advancing paid leave, affordable childcare + maternal healthcare support--Megan co-chairs the Philly chapter!)

This class offers a more intermediate/advancing opportunity to work with kettle/Ybells—total body movement patterns, heavier weights—it is meant to be a challenging class that leaves you a good kind of exhausted when you’re done. We’re rooted in the basics (squat, lunge, push, pull, plank, hinge) but we vary the challenges (always with progression/regression offerings for what you need today) and create opportunities for you to stretch your capacity and grow your lifting skill set.
