After some big changes, Twila Brown found herself in that exact spot. Twila had been a successful business leader and strategic thinker for over ten years, but when faced with managing her household and family during a professional pivot, she found herself being run over by each day that passed. And then the “AH HA!” moment happened.

Twila now enjoys teaching and empowering women from the boardroom to the cul-de-sac to take control and run their lives like a “business.” Through the use of goal setting, accountability, and strategic scheduling, it is possible to accomplish personal goals, create space for what matters most, and protect what matters most.

Bio: Twila Brown is a Business Consultant and Coach who lives in Lexington, Kentucky with her husband and two children. Her enthusiasm and passion for people has helped her become an expert at building winning teams, developing future leaders and creating customer loyalty. With over twenty-five years’ experience in the retail space, Twila has had the opportunity to participate as a guest contributor in “fireside” chats with international workplace solutions providers and has been invited to speak on a variety of stages ranging from local business networking organizations to National Retail Conferences.

Prior to embracing her entrepreneurial spirit, Twila served as the Director of Retail for Reese Witherspoon’s startup brand, Draper James, helping expand the brick-and-mortar footprint as well as focusing on brand recognition and business development. She now uses her unique experiences to help others bring their vision to life, both at home and in the workplace.
