Join Pam as she teaches a hands-on workshop on Canning, Brining, Smoking, Drying and other ways to preserve and store your produce for the winter. Students will come away with fresh sauerkraut and other garden treats.

Pam will provide an overview about: equipment, ingredients, canning chemistry, microorganisms, and troubleshooting tips.

Class cost is $35, and includes instruction, handouts, and samples.
