Push-Up or Shut Up is a transformative male mentoring program that integrates physical fitness with mental clarity, using innovative tools and techniques to inspire personal growth. Central to the program is a custom-designed card deck that mirrors a standard deck in its structure and number sets but is enriched with positive affirmations and detailed chest stretch exercises printed on each card.
Two days a week—Sunday and Thursday at 8pm—the program gathers participants in a live Zoom call. During these sessions, Life Coach Mr. A leads the group through the deck, flipping each card to reveal a number of push ups to complete while delivering affirmations or motivational insights. These affirmations serve as mental anchors, training the participants to focus their minds and harness the power of intentional breathing. The philosophy driving this approach is simple yet profound: mastery of the breath leads to mastery of energy, and mastery of energy shapes one's reality.
