PURRLATES: Pilates with Kittens

The Experience:

Step into Purrlates, a beginner-friendly pilates session with adoptable kittens! 🐱💗
Stretch, strengthen, and snuggle your way through class with the help of adorable kittens who love to climb, cuddle, and keep you company on the mat.

This light workout is suitable for all levels and is designed to boost your serotonin, soothe your nervous system, and let you bask in the calming comfort of gentle purrs — all while helping the kittens socialize, build confidence, and potentially find their furever homes!

A portion of every ticket will support Touched by an Animal, a Chicago based non-profit feline adoption sanctuary! It’s our way of turning mindful movement into meaningful impact.

We offer (two) 1-hour class sessions on event day, please be mindful of the event times for each session and book accordingly. We are unable to make changes after your purchase.

Session 1: Begins at 10:30AM

Session 2: Begins at 12:00PM

Each ticket includes:

• 1 hour session - kicking off with 30 minutes of beginner friendly pilates while the kittens roam freely around you followed by an additional 30 minutes of kitty play time where you can cuddle, play and take pictures.

• A complimentary mat rental

Age Restriction:

Attendees must be at least 13 years or older to participate.
Ages 13–17 must be accompanied by an adult (18+).

Please note: All attendees — including supervising adults — must purchase a ticket.

Check In:

All guests, even those underage, must arrive with a valid ID or a picture of their ID showing their date of birth (Passport, Insurance Card, School ID, Drivers License, Copy of Birth Certificate, etc.)

Waivers will be linked in your confirmation email and are required to be completed digitally before class for each participant.

Failure to provide a valid form of ID or signed waiver may result in denied entry, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.

Doors will open 15 minutes before your class start time. We encourage you to arrive early so you can check in and get settled.

We’re committed to ethical animal care and therefore interaction with the kittens are based soley upon their mood and willingness and as such cannot be guaranteed.

Participating in these classes may come with inherent risks including but not limited to scratches, bites or damage to personal items.

Please be aware that this experience involves close interaction with kittens. If you have cat allergies or sensitivities, please consider your comfort level or consult with your physician before attending, as we are unable to modify the environment to accommodate allergies.

In the rare event of a disruption to our class lineup, we reserve the right to modify, replace, or substitute the service with an experience of equal or greater value at our discretion. No refunds will be issued for such substitutions.

Late/No Show Policy:

For the safety of the kittens and consideration of our guests, late entry is not permitted once class has begun. Entering the Pilates area after a session has started may create safety concerns and disrupt the guest experience, therefore any late arrivals will be denied entry.

No shows will be marked as absent. No refunds will be given to late arrivals or no shows. We appreciate your punctuality and understanding.

Refunds/Exchanges:

We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges as this is a pop up event. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please refer to the FAQ section for instructions on how to do so.
