The Purpose Workshop is a signature Blue Zones Project workshop. It is super interesting and can help find insight to make your dayly life more fulfilling.

The Purpose Workshop is a two-hour experiential, interactive journey to discover a deeper sense of meaning and purpose for your life and how you live it. “Finding Your Purpose” is an inside-out process for you to examine who you are, what your core gifts, values and passions are and how to live a more vital, engaged and meaningful life.

At the end of the workshop you will draft a purpose statement to continue guiding your further development and expression.

Facilitators are Hoyt Cory and Sheri Fleming.
