1. Who can participate in the HYROX SIM?

Anyone! This event is open to all fitness levels, whether you're an experienced athlete or just someone looking for a great challenge. HYROX is all about pushing your personal boundaries and having fun while doing it.

2. How are the event categories organised?

Accepted Answer

There are three categories: Female, Doubles, and Male. The 100 available spots are divided across these categories, so make sure to register early to secure your place.

3. What is the entry fee, and where does the money go?

Accepted Answer

The entry fee is £12 per participant and £2.40 for spectators. This includes  VAT with a percentage of the funds going to British Heart Foundation.

4. When should I arrive?

The check-in desk opens at 8:00 AM. However you won’t be required to check in  until 1 hour before your official start time.  Make sure you arrive early to get settled, warm up, and prepare for your race. If you arrive earlier then you may need to wait outside of the gym.

5. What should I bring with me?

Accepted Answer

Please ensure you wear comfortable gym wear and proper running shoes, a water bottle to stay hydrated, your ticket confirmation (digital or printed). Most importantly a great attitude ready to push yourself and cheer on others!

6. What is a doubles category?

Accepted Answer

HYROX DOUBLES is a 2-person-team competition. The DOUBLES Team can consist of 2 male athletes, 2 female athletes or as MIXED 1 female and 1 male athlete. The doubles category works by completing the run part together but splitting the workload of the exercises.

7. Will there be warm-up facilities?

Yes! We have a Warm-Up Station available for participants. Please make sure to be there 20 minutes before your start time to prepare.

Final official timings and further event details will be communicated to all participants one week prior to the event. Please keep an eye on your emails for this information
