Pure Barre is a low-impact, high-intensity workout that targets all the main muscle groups of the body. We utilize small movements to isolate & tone. Get ready to find your shake!

Layers! The early morning air can be cool but you'll quickly heat up as you move your body. In our studio, we usually workout in sticky socks - feel free to do so, or opt for bare feet or wear shoes at the brewery!

Join Pure Barre Maple Grove the last Sunday of each month at 10am for a pop-up class at Omni Brewery & Taproom.

Class is ✨FREE✨, so sign up, grab your mat + friend, then meet us in the comfortably on the patio to lift, tone & burn! (hot tip - wear layers!)

Stay after to enjoy the company of the PBMG community and enjoy Omni's delicious beverage (Coffee! Wine! Beer! Other NA options!) & food offerings! Participants will receive 50% off their first Omni beverage.
