The Classic Barre class is known for its low-impact, high-intensity, and full-body workout. It utilizes a series of isometric movements, guided by music, to strengthen and tone the body while enhancing flexibility. Taught by Lindsay from Pure Barre Downtown/ West Ashley.

Come enjoy a good workout in the beautiful, historic Garco Mill building in the heart of Park Circle. Class starts at 5:30pm. You're welcome to arrive early and hangout and get comfortable.

Please bring a yoga mat or towel!
