In this festive November workshop, you’ll learn how to make a rich and creamy classic pumpkin pie—a must-have for any holiday table. We’ll skip the crust-making and focus on the delicious spiced filling and baking techniques to get that perfect pie every time.

While your pies are baking, the fun continues as you learn to decorate 6 cupcakes to look like mini pumpkin pies—adorably festive treats that are as fun to make as they are to eat! These creative cupcakes are perfect for entertaining or gifting during the holiday season.

Whether you're building confidence in the kitchen or just looking for a fun seasonal activity, this class will leave you inspired, connected, and ready for the big feast.

About your Instructor

Hi! I’m Dianne Palmieri and I was born and raised in Pittsburgh where I still live. I grew up eating my mom’s delicious homemade pierogies! When I was old enough to help, she taught me how to make them so I could help her prepare for our family’s Slovak Christmas Eve dinner each year.

Now, with over 35 years of pierogie making experience, I have taught hundreds of students in my in-person pierogie classes how to successfully make and enjoy these delicious dumplings! Through my company, DMP Foodservice, we have made and sold a delicious variety of homemade pierogies to local restaurants. To help my students find success quickly on their pierogie making journey, I have created a few great resources to help fast track their pierogie- making. They are the Homemade Pierogies Simplified online course, the Homemade Pierogies Simplified E-book and a monthly membership called Pierogi School!

This class is an interactive baking class, so Dianne will do the instruction and demo, and you'll do the baking and eating. Please let us know if you would like to be teamed with guests under a different name. Team sizes will depend on the number of participants. Space is limited.
