Yoga Session: Transition into a 50-minute yoga class, where you'll engage in a full-body stretch and gentle tension release. This guided practice supports deep relaxation, mindful movement, and nervous system reset.

Sound Bath Savasana: Conclude your experience with a 20-minute sound bath savasana, allowing soothing vibrations to deepen relaxation and enhance overall well-being.
