Neighborhood Tours of the Southern Living Showcase Home 2025

Come be "Better Together" and preview the Southern Living Showcase Home 2025. This tour offers a unique opportunity to explore the latest in residential design by MK Design Group, interior deisgn and decor by Dana Bacher Designs, and luxury construction by Allen Patterson Builders.

We are offering dedicated morning and afternoon tours to accomadate for the location within Habersham. Do not drive to the Showcase Home or entry will be denied. Please use provided transportation leaving from and returning to Dana Bacher Design Studio at 3B Market in Habersham Marketplace. Please park in the field opposite the entrance to Habersham (behind Parish Church at Habersham).

All proceeds benefit Alzheimer's Family Services of Greater Beaufort. Flat shoes requested. ONE TICKET PER PERSON. No food or drink allowed.

Frequently asked questions

How long will I have to tour?

Tours are self-guided and typically take 45-60 mins (allow an additional 15 mins each way for transportation to the house). We ask that you present your ticket at the check in station at Dana Bacher Design Studio in Habersham Marketplace .

Parking:

Please park in designated field across from Habersham Marketplace. Transportation leaves from Dana Bacher Design Studio in Habersham Marketplace. No cars will be allowed for onsite parking. For ADA special needs, please inquire at Dana Bacher Designs.

Is photography allowed?

Yes! We ask the when posting you please tag @allenpattersonbuilders, @danabacherdesign, @moserkellydesigngroup, and @southernliving and any of our sponsors as appropriate. There will be docents onsite to answer questions and all ticket holders will receive a style guide to take away.
