The 241/91 Express Connector public hearing will take place at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at Yorba Linda City Hall, 4845 Casa Loma Ave., Yorba Linda. Doors will open at 5:00 p.m., and the presentation will begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. The public is invited to participate to provide comments both in-person and virtually over Zoom. This hearing is specifically for the approval of tolling authority for the project. The project itself has already been approved through the Environmental Impact Report/Environmental Impact Statement (EIR/EIS) process.
The CTC will not take action on the toll facility application at this public hearing. Public feedback received at the October hearing will be presented to the CTC, along with the toll facility application, at a future CTC Meeting.
