Led by experienced metaphysician Mary Ellen Wilson, this session will introduce foundational practices for intuitive and spiritual development. You'll learn how to work with your intuitive senses — also known as the "clairs": clairvoyance (seeing), clairaudience (hearing), clairsentience (feeling), and claircognizance (knowing) — using grounded, accessible techniques.
