About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour 30 minutes

In the ancient yoga manuscripts, there was a drink or plant medicine called “soma”. The yogis would take the soma and have these spiritual encounters with the divine, but at a certain point the soma ran out. So the yogis needed a way to create the soma within and that was through breathwork. Join us for a Soma Breathwork journey by Joseph Gabriel Ilustrisimo to have a deep meditative, and even psychedelic experience.

The experience entails guided breathwork to relax the body and mind, followed by a sound meditation to continue your journey.
