Psychedelic Breath & Meditation is a powerful healing modality that helps you move beyond the thinking mind and into deeper connection, clarity, and emotional release.

This is a deeply somatic practice that works on the physical, mental, and emotional levels — gently shifting what’s ready to move. Breath is the tool we use to enter altered states of consciousness, release emotional tension, and reconnect with the part of us that knows how to heal.

Each session is unique, and no two experiences are ever the same. You'll be guided through the breath in a safe, supported space, followed by grounding meditation and time to integrate what’s come up.

As a trauma-informed therapist, I work with care and intention — creating space for healing without pushing the nervous system too far. This work is powerful, but always held with sensitivity. You're invited to move at your own pace, and everything is optional. You’re in charge of your experience.

This is a space to soften, to feel, and to come back to yourself, just as you are.

Please bring a yoga mat.

This session invites you to:

Release emotional tension, stress, and what’s been quietly weighing you down– Gently move through resistance and patterns that no longer serve you– Soothe your nervous system and invite deep rest and balance– Reconnect with your intuition and inner clarity– Create space for expansion, growth, and grounded transformation

Who is it for?Anyone who feels curious, wants to connect more deeply with themselves, experience a new way of healing, or explore calm and blissful states, whether you're carrying a lot or simply ready to feel something different.

No previous experience needed. All welcome, just come as you are.

Please bring a yoga mat. A few spares are available, just message me in advance if you'd like me to bring one for you.

About Me:

I'm Caroline a trauma-informed therapist and breathwork facilitator with a background in psychotherapy and years of experience supporting people on their healing journeys. My work is grounded, intuitive, and real. I create safe, welcoming spaces where people can slow down, feel, and reconnect with themselves.

I believe that healing doesn’t have to be harsh — and when we feel safe, everything changes.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need any experience?

Not at all. This session is suitable for complete beginners and those familiar with breathwork. You’ll be guided throughout.

What should I bring?

A yoga mat, a blanket (optional) or warm layer, and a bottle of water.

What does the session involve?

You’ll be guided through a conscious connected breath practice, followed by meditation and time to rest and integrate. The session is held in a safe, supportive space.

Is it intense? Will I be pushed?

This is a trauma-informed space. You’re never pushed, and everything is invitational. You’re in full control of your experience and can take things at your own pace.

Can I come if I’m feeling emotional or a bit off?

Yes, this work can be really supportive during times of emotional stress. It’s a gentle way to process what’s there and come back into balance. Just let me know if you’re feeling a bit tender on the day.

Are there any health conditions that might make this unsuitable?

Yes — please check the contraindications listed in the description. If you’re unsure, feel free to message me directly at alignwithcaz@gmail.com.

Will there be space to talk about what comes up?

Yes — we’ll have time at the end to rest, reflect, and share (only if you want to). You’re always welcome to stay quiet or speak to me privately afterwards.
