PSP BRANCH ~ Flatiron Forge
Overview
Flatiron Forge
A PSP BRANCH Gathering for Boulder County Peer Support Professionals
Flatiron Forge is a fun, intentional networking event for Boulder County Peer Support Professionals who are doing the work and want to do it better together.
This BRANCH gathering invites peers into my BoCo office for a grounded, relational space focused on connection, collaboration, and cooperation across the peer workforce. The goal is simple and not small: strengthen how we work together by understanding who’s doing what, where overlap exists, and how we can support one another without duplicating effort or competing for air.
Flatiron Forge is not a lecture and not a formal presentation. It’s a peer-led space where relationships matter more than titles, and where conversation leads to real-world collaboration.
What to expect:
- Authentic connection with fellow Peer Support Professionals across Boulder County
- Clear insight into my role, scope, and current work in BoCo
- Open dialogue about collaboration, boundaries, and shared goals
- A relaxed, welcoming environment that values lived experience and professional integrity
Whether you’re new to peer work or deeply rooted in the field, Flatiron Forge is about building trust, visibility, and cooperation so the peer workforce can function as a network instead of a collection of silos.
