Metro invites riders, community members, and partners to participate in a virtual Community Listening Session focused on safety across the Metro system. This online event will provide an overview of recent safety enhancements, pilot programs, and future priorities identified through community and rider feedback.
During the session, attendees will hear updates from Metro’s Public Safety Advisory Committee (PSAC) and learn about collaborative efforts underway to improve station environments, increase visibility of staff and ambassadors, and strengthen emergency response coordination.
Participants will also have the opportunity to share their experiences, ideas, and recommendations directly with Metro representatives in a structured and respectful environment. This feedback will be used to help shape future policies, programs, and investments that support a safer and more welcoming transit experience for all.
