NEW for 2025!

Every tax practitioner will have a client that at some time will have to determine whether they are operating a business or a hobby.

You will need to know the difference between a hobby and a business, the consequences of being classified as a hobby and how to prevent a business from being classified as a hobby.

Without this knowledge your clients will find assistance elsewhere, resulting in the loss of the client.
