Prototyping Venture Boost
Overview
This spring, we’re introducing the Prototyping Venture Boost to help founders move from early MVPs to production-ready solutions—a critical leap for many in our Chandler Endeavor community. The 3-part series will feature speakers who will break down what it really takes to develop a formal prototype, navigate engineering and legal considerations, and prepare for manufacturing. You’ll walk away with practical insights, common pitfalls to avoid, and a clearer path toward scaling your product with confidence.
Each event is designed for a focused group of founders who are asking the big, practical questions:
- How do I create a more official prototype?
- When should I bring in an engineer… or a lawyer?
- What does it take to prepare for real manufacturing?
It’s a make-or-break phase in venture development—and the Chandler Prototyping Lab gives us the perfect backdrop to explore what comes next.
What to Expect:
- The essential decisions founders must make when moving from prototype to production, including design requirements, materials, and engineering considerations.
- How production pathways differ across industries—whether you’re building med-tech hardware, consumer products, or something entirely new.
- Common pitfalls that slow founders down, plus the signals that it’s time to bring in engineering, manufacturing, or legal partners.
This session sets the stage for the spring open cohort, grounding founders in the realities of scaling from idea to production with clarity, confidence, and the right support system around them.
