The workshop will cover the differences between trademark, copyright, patents and trade secrets.

This virtual workshop will explore how to protect your business’s intellectual property, such as your brand name, logo, confidential information, and creative works. The workshop will cover the differences between trademark, copyright, patents and trade secrets. Participants will learn when and how to protect intellectual property through registration and non-disclosure agreements, and other methods.
