Roots & Renaissance: Tanzania & Zanzibar 2026

Roots & Renaissance invites participants of all generations to explore the intersection of history, innovation, and purpose. From the breathtaking experiences that bring both the past and present to life: retracing the path of the East African slave trade, witnessing the vibrant cultural traditions through music, dance, and story telling, to the storied shores of Zanzibar, travelers will experience cultural immersion, service, and reflection; discovering how our shared roots can inspire a global renaissance in education, leadership, and legacy.

This is more than a trip — it’s an awakening of legacy, learning, and leadership.

Who We’re Looking For

• Students ages 9–17
• GPA 3.0+ or strong academic commitment
• Willing to lead, serve, and fundraise
• Excited for a 6-month journey of growth and discovery
