Project Glutes is a transformative 6-week booty-building, waist-snatching, strength-focused program designed to help you build your most confident body from the ground up. Led by Lelah Hanson and Jaiden Robinson at 777 Fitness & Wellness, this program combines targeted lower-body strength training, expert coaching, and progressive workouts to deliver real, visible results.
What to Expect
Over the course of 6 weeks, you’ll train twice a week in high-energy, coach-guided sessions that focus on glute growth, muscular strength, and proper lifting technique. Every workout is designed with purpose—helping you activate, build, and shape your glutes while improving overall stability and core strength.
