When do the doors open?

Doors open at 11:30 am and closes at 3 pm.

Do I need to register to attend?

It is advised to pre-register. That way we can enter you in the raffle drawing and provide you with valuable information about the event before hand.

Parking is limited to street parking so if you are coming in a group, it's suggested to park at our Sales Center and carpool over to the Broker Open. Our Sales Center is located at 3603 Chiquitta Blvd S, Cape Coral, FL 33914

Can I bring my Clients/Home Buyers?
