Programming Around Pain is the tangible blueprint for coaches to help their clients in pain. The 2-day intensive course is designed to equip coaches with plug-and-play protocols that they can implement immediately to improve the lives of their clients with shoulder, knee, hip and low back issues.

Attendees will have immediate and actionable strategies to navigate exercise selection and programming for clients experiencing pain. They will not only learn how to do these exercises themselves, but they’ll learn how to identify, navigate and implement next steps.

Dr. Justin Farnsworth PT, SCS, CSCS

Dr. Justin Farnsworth is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Board Certified Sports Clinical Specialistwith over a decade in medicine and over 20 years in high performance and general fitness as a coach. He has led over 100 in person certification courses since 2020 and has been on all sides of the training to rehab spectrum as a coach, professional athlete and clinician.

He believes that good training and good rehab are one and the same and has a goal of empowering both coaches and clinicians with practical knowledge that is evidence-based, actionable, and adaptable to real-world client needs.

He currently manages his own training and education business that helps both coaches and clients truly “bridge the gap” between rehab and performance while understanding how to truly utilize exercise as medicine.
