This camp is a week-long camp for rising 7th through 12th grade students, which runs from 9:00 am until 2:00 pm each day, Monday, June 23rd - Friday, June 27th. Our workshop is located at Donaldson's Crossroads. Please use the entrance for the Little Gym. Students must pack a lunch. Some snacks will be provided.

Students will be soldering their own circuit boards, and wiring a electro-mechanical system. They will be programming Arduino's and RIO devices to monitor inputs and control outputs in a simulated manufacturing environment as well as to control a robotics system. Students will be taking home their Arduino, inside of a custom built enclosure (that is made from 3d printed components and laser cut components).

Day 1- Introduction to the Shop and Safety, Start Assembly of electronics

Day 2- Making your enclosure: students make their enclosure

Day 3- Making your assembly line: students assemble their laser cute assembly line module

Day 4- Bringing it to Life: students Program their assembly line and bring it to life

Day 5- Final demonstrations

Titanium Titans is the only independent, community-based First Robotics Competition (FRC) team serving Washington County, Pennsylvania. Currently, our students represent more than 10 school districts in both Washington and Allegheny counties and includes public, private, and home educated students. Titanium Titans design and run technology-related workshops for children, host open house events, and give demonstrations to increase STEM exposure in the surrounding communities.
