Program Coach Training

Program coaches work directly with program leadership teams to support program-wide implementation of the Pyramid Model and/or Inclusion Indicator frameworks. Learn how to be a “guide on the side” through a program’s implementation journey by learning about implementation science and the components of program-wide implementation.

This training is meant to prepare Program Coaches to support a preschool program in implementing the Pyramid Model and/or Inclusion Indicators program-wide by assisting a program in establishing a leadership team and using program assessment tools to set goals and action plan.
