An overview of the NHED BSES cyclical monitoring process, Program Approval and General Supervision (PAGS). This overview will cover the eight monitoring components, with associated requirements, and the phases of monitoring. Participants will leave with an understanding of what items the BSES will review during the monitoring process, how the monitoring is conducted, the timelines associated with monitoring and corrective actions, and ongoing training and technical assistance opportunities offered by the BSES.
