Enter Ryan Hall through the glass doors on the corner of 36th and Spring Garden Street.

This program design training will increase staff understanding of core program elements that contribute to positive youth outcomes and their ability to use planning and facilitation techniques which advance youth's personal skill development over time. This workshop explores how to develop a new program with clear goals and outcomes toward youth success. Content will also include reasonable outcomes for youth programs and how program staff activities can better align to impact outcomes.

Learning Objectives:

-Learn about the role of quality out of school time programs in supporting positive youth development and building academic and career skills.

-Document their own program design components, participants will also explore how these elements adapt for different developmental stages
