About this event

  • Event lasts 8 hours

The Scrum.org Professional Scrum Facilitation Skills (PSFS) is an engaging one-day course focused on facilitation techniques, including 1-2-4-All, Gallery Walk and more. Great facilitation can help teams solve problems, build consensus, and foster transparency.

This course is offered by Rebel Scrum, an official Scrum.org partner. We believe that training should be practical and engaging and should include real-world examples. Here is what our customers are saying:

"I liked Mary's approach...she ensured we knew the course material and key terms and tied it back to relevant examples to connect the "what" with the why. Her use of Mural kept the class engaged. It was an informative, interactive experience. I would gladly take more training from Mary." - Erin.

"The concepts shared, combined with the trainer's deep knowledge and real-world examples, have provided me with a much clearer understanding of how to further enhance my role as a Scrum Master." - Temi

"Mary was great! I thought it will be a 2 days boring class where we just listen to theoretical content. But Mary made everything interactive and also some theoretical content she shared in a way which was nice to listen. She made practical examples and visualized everything which made it easy to understand. Thank you Mary!" - Zehra
