Production 101 is a 2.5 hour workshop designed to help performers and producers learn best practices for creating and running a show at an independent venue with an introduction to marketing. This workshop will cover:


The planing process needed for a succesful production

How to recruit a great production team

How to create a successful partnership with a venue

How to create cast & venue agreements, financial plans and production plans

How to create a comprehensive marketing plan


This course is taught by Lincoln Lodge co-founder Mark Geary, who has decades of exerience producing independent entertainment in Chicago.
