Description

Product Design Methods for Improving UX
Too many products today deliver features that go unused and miss opportunities for true innovation and adoption. While good product design approaches that use personas to drive decisions are helpful they can often lead to incorrect assumptions about the true user needs and goals. Leaving teams with good products but often not the best product experience.

In this half-day acceleration workshop, Punchcut experts will teach you the critical methods that help translate research and personas into the best features and design solutions that truly connect with users. We will share our experiences and outline product design best-practices that employ the use of product lifecycle mapping, jobs-to-done definition framework, and fundamental principles of service design.

The goal is to elevate your skills in uncovering new product opportunities through a systematic way of framing and approaching design problems that gets at the heart of what people want. We hope you will leave better equipped to design the best product experience ever!
