the new online group program, "Processing Trauma Through Storytelling: Group Program & Community." The core purpose of this group is to provide a safe, supportive environment where individuals who have experienced trauma can process their experiences, foster resilience, and reclaim meaning through the therapeutic power of storytelling. This program includes access to Healing Haven™, a guided, trauma-informed online community designed to help participants rebuild emotional safety, strengthen self-worth, and regulate their nervous systems through a structured journey.

What's Included

We offer the following membership tiers:

Basic Tier — $50/Flat Fee
This tier grants you access to:

- Monthly trauma-healing themes to focus on.
- Monthly live Storytelling Groups (8 groups total, running from Decemberthrough August). Only ten members per Group

One Therapeutic Exercise (posted every Monday).
- One Somatic Exercise (posted every Wednesday).

- Full access to the Healing Haven Community.

Growth Tier — $99/month This tier includes everything in the Basic Tier, plus: - Two additional support circles (Growth & Transform). - A mini-course. - Quarterly 1:1 check-ins (scheduled for December, April, and August) to review exercises and provide group feedback.
