Processing the Birth Experience: A Healing Workshop for New Moms
Come join us for a 90-minute workshop designed to help you find peace and meaning in your birth story. Together we’ll reflect, share, and use gentle breathwork to help your body release what it has been holding.
Birth changes everything. Even when things go well, parts of the experience often stay alive inside us. Some memories feel empowering. Others feel raw or confusing. Many simply go unspoken. This workshop creates a safe, supportive space to honor it all.
Through guided journaling, open sharing, and somatic practices like breathwork and butterfly tapping, you’ll reconnect with your body’s wisdom and begin to integrate your story in a deeper way.
Sarah, a certified breathwork practitioner and new mom, will guide you through gentle breathing techniques to calm your nervous system and support emotional release. Sydney, a certified birth doula and lactation consultant, will offer reflection, education, and compassion drawn from years of supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
You’ll leave feeling more grounded, more connected to your body, and more at peace with your birth story.
