• Utilize brainstorming to create possible solutions Explore decision making approaches and collaborate with peers on helpful decision-making strategies
• Work with peer groups to gain ideas on how to refine a problem statement, select causes, or create new solutions to a work-related problem
• Action planning to enhance problem solving and decision making techniques moving forward
