About this event

Health • Mental health

This October, the eHub turns its energy toward one of the most pressing challenges students face: mental health. Over four weeks, you’ll join peers who care about the same problem, sharpen your human-centered design skills, and move from identifying barriers to experimenting with real solutions. Each session includes dinner, social time, and hands-on activities — no prior attendance required. And if your ideas show promise, a psychology professor is ready to mentor groups that want to take them further.

Kick off the series by digging into the real issues behind mental health barriers. You’ll form small exploration groups, learn to ask the right questions, and investigate root causes — all while practicing teamwork, interviewing, and analysis. Dinner + socializing included.

Open to UC Berkeley students.
