Printmaking with Plants with Hayl Gentilini

Join us for a creative day at Fox Haven Organic Farm & Learning Center where you'll learn the art of printmaking using plants! Led by the artist multidisciplinary Hayl Gentilini, this hands-on workshop will teach you how to create beautiful prints using natural materials.

In this class, you will carve your own botanical linocut of a plant found on the farm. You can also create unique monotype prints using fresh-cut plant materials.

Explore the farm's lush surroundings for inspiration and create your own unique prints to take home. No experience is necessary, just bring your creativity!

Meet your Teacher

Hayl is a multidisciplinary artist based out of Baltimore. Their work is largely inspired by flora, fauna, and fungi. They find joy in being active in the arts community through their work as Stinging Nettle Stitchery, as well as collaborative efforts in Inky Cap Artist Co-op.

Refund Policy

· All class ticket sales are considered a donation to Fox Haven and help us to fulfill our mission. Full refunds (minus a 20% processing fee) will be given to any participant canceling at least 30 days prior to the scheduled class date. Due to the nature of full series commitments, no refunds will be processed once the series has started.

· Enrollment cannot be transferred to another class. If you are within the 30-day cancellation period, it is best to request a refund and sign up for the desired replacement.
