Master Modern Bidding: AI-Powered Workshop for Construction Business Owners

Are RFPs eating up your valuable time with minimal return? Discover how leading construction companies are using advanced technology to evaluate opportunities in minutes, not hours.

Join this exclusive hands-on workshop where you’ll learn to harness powerful AI techniques to:
• Quickly assess if an RFP aligns with your capabilities
• Create marketing materials that showcase your unique strengths
• Develop compelling proposals that stand out from competitors

Unlike typical workshops offering theoretical knowledge, you’ll work with REAL RFPs and construction company websites to develop practical skills you can implement immediately.

Led by Karen Blackwell, former Small Business Manager for Nestle USA and experienced land use planner specializing in entitlements. Her unique background gives her insights most tech trainers simply don’t have.

Karen Blackwell is the founder and CEO of BounceBack and former Manager for Supplier Diversity and Development at Nestlé North America. Karen bridges the gap between enterprise-level business practices and small business needs, helping entrepreneurs build resilience and achieve sustainable growth in a judgment-free environment.

Karen’s unique perspective on entrepreneurial success stems from her diverse career path. She served as Assistant Deputy Mayor of Economic Development for Los Angeles and managed small business and job training for the $4.2 billion Alameda Corridor construction project. Her experience as a business owner, VP of a consulting firm, and practicing City Planner provides her with multifaceted insights into the challenges entrepreneurs face.
